SEA WALL CONSOLIDATION

Andy Innes

Dunmore village wall, lime mortar SPRAY HARLING  wall consolidation

Lime harling usually has a rough-textured surface. It is the most common type of traditional surface finish found in Scotland on masonry buildings of solid wall construction. South of the border it is known as roughcast and is widely found in vernacular architecture.

The project was carried out in conjunction with Falkirk Council, was a very testing project working with the quick setting lime mortar Prompt product and getting the tides right our team did a splendid job.
